Individuals in the United States and around the world have chosen to dedicate a Shabbat experience to refugees and asylum seekers. This past year we have seen the massive global effort to evacuate and find safe homes for Afghans and refugees across the world fleeing for their lives. Through readings and prayers, and through the powerful story of a guest speaker who is a local refugee, we will reaffirm and redouble our support for refugees and asylum seekers.
