May 3, 2022 kicks off H.E.R. (Keeping Women Healthy, Empowered, Resilient). The Panel will consist of members of Lady Business and 2020 Moms discussing their mission to help young women in schools without access to sanitary products and low-income new moms without access to diapers.
2020 Moms is a non profit that supports the silent mental health crisis experienced by many new moms who are desperately in need of diapers in all sizes. These donations collected would be ultimately delivered to Gulfcoast Jewish Family Services for distribution. Drop offs right now are the local synagogues.
Ladies Business is another important non profit that collects sanitary pads and tampon products throughout Pinellas County for those who do not have easy access to these products. All items collected will be donated to schools where students are greatly in need of these items.
Pinellas County sistershoods will lend support to the drives. Local synagogues will serve as drop off points. See the flyer below.
