To acknowledge Women's Health Awareness Month, Hadassah St. Petersburg and Lyla Pinellas Chapters are teaming up to conduct a drive for women's sanitary products and diapers throughout the month of May.   The drive is being sponsored by two St. Petersburg organizations:  Lady Business and 2020 Mom.  We are collecting the sanitary products for school girls who lack access to them, and we're collecting the diapers for new moms who, again, don't have access to diapers. 2020 Mom addresses the maternal mental health issues related to this crisis for new moms. 

 

Five synagogues will be drop off points (see attached), and 5  synagogue Sisterhoods will partner with Hadassah.

 

We are also having a panel discussion (Zoom) with speakers highlighting the issues on May 3 (see May 3).
