An applicant tracking system (ATS) is software that provides hiring companies with a way to (1) manage job postings, (2) filter job applications, (3) sort through résumés, and (4) identify strong candidates for open positions. Candidates who pass through ATS filters are then matched with recruiters or hiring managers to move to the next steps in the hiring process. There’s a likelihood that your résumé will encounter an ATS before it’s ever viewed by human eyes. How can you format your résumé to move it into the thumbs-up pile? This workshop will explain what you need to know and do for success.
