The desire to change careers – or design a new one – can happen for many reasons, at any time in your professional life. Successfully changing careers requires thought, reflection, self-assessment, a clear understanding of your reasons to change, identifying the challenges you may face, and knowing what career skills and values you want to include as you move forward. When you design your career, you can plan a future for yourself that will be rewarding – and rewarded.
