~~An applicant tracking system (ATS) is software that provides hiring companies with a way to (1) manage job postings, (2) filter job applications, (3) sort through résumés, and (4) identify strong candidates for open positions. Candidates that pass through ATS filters are then matched with recruiters or hiring managers to move to the next steps in the hiring process. There’s a likely possibility that your résumé will encounter an ATS before it’s ever viewed by human eyes. How can your résumé move into the thumbs-up pile? This workshop will explain what you need to know and do for success.
