Staying emotionally resilient when faced with unemployment is the key to successfully riding the wave of job change. In today's shifting world of work, unemployment affects many people, and knowing how to prepare both personally and professionally will ensure you are ready should you face this time of uncertainty. In this free, virtual workshop, you will gain unique perspective that can yield a more optimistic experience as you explore job options. 

What We Will Cover: 
• The meaning of emotional resilience and how to increase it during job search 
• Understand that there are factors outside of your control 
• Determine the role of work in your life 
• Build your personal power and sense of worth 

Materials Needed: There are no materials required.

Workshop Length: 1 hour and 15 minutes.  Please plan to log into Zoom 5 minutes early.
