As we are planning, we do not plan over other organizations’ events so that everyone in the Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando areas can enjoy and participate in all that our community has to offer. We will be reviewing the annual community calendar together, some changes that are being made to the Federation’s web calendar and submission process, as well as best practices for submission. We will discuss dates your organization has chosen for its programs and events and review any possible date conflicts, so please come prepared with your major event dates. Please make sure to look at the community calendar as you are setting your dates so we can avoid as many conflicts as possible ahead of time. Once you see the calendar date has no conflict, please submit your event in the calendar so as others are planning, they will see the most up-to-date calendared events.
