Menorah Life is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is critical to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO’s office and serves as a key partner in supporting organizational priorities, including governance and philanthropic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and demonstrates a high level of confidentiality, initiative, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
• Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Coordinate and support executive meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and taking minutes as needed
• Track and follow up on key initiatives, projects, and action items on behalf of the CEO
• Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
• Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address administrative and operational requirements
• Provide administrative support to Executive Team members

• Board of Directors Support
• Coordinate all Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and calendar management
• Prepare and distribute Board packets, agendas, and supporting materials in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain official Board records, minutes, resolutions, and governance documents
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Board members, and senior leadership
• Track Board action items and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist with Board onboarding, orientation, and ongoing communication
• Support governance compliance and documentation as needed
