On January 5, 2022 at 7:00 PM  our friend and fellow chapter member, Ann Haendel, will present a Zoom presentation entitled "Youth Aliyah What's Right with this Picture?"  This will be an interactive program focusing on children at risk that Ann encountered in the developing world contrasted with Hadassah’s Youth Aliyah Village participants. Ann worked with  American Jewish World Service in 1999. Along with mentoring staff of non-governmental organizations in Africa, SE Asia, and India for four month stretches each, here in Pinellas Ann founded Project Prosper to serve new immigrants and refugees. She also volunteered as a Docent at the Florida Holocaust Museum  .

 Marcie Natan, the Co-Chair of Youth Aliyah and a Past National President of Hadassah, will present remarks at the conclusion of the program.
