After an energetic interview process, you receive a telephone call or an email saying that the employer is ready to make you a job offer. This is both an exciting time and, potentially, an intimidating one! This session will equip you with tools and strategies on what to do after you receive an offer – and what not to do! For example, you’ll learn how to negotiate their salary offer based on the skills and accomplishments you bring to the company, how to negotiate items other than money, and determine whether this position is the right match for you. In other words, does it fit into your long-term career plan? Join guest presenter and author Mary Greenwood as she describes negotiating tactics and the expectations of the hiring company during the process.

Facilitated by a TBJL Career Strategist
Guest Speaker:   Mary Greenwood, JD, LLM
