HOW TO ELIMINATE YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS

You may not realize it, but the reason that you’re not landing your “ideal” job may be because you have a core belief that says “You don’t deserve it,” “You’re not good enough,” or “You’ll fail even if you do get it.” Such belief patterns, or schemas, became ingrained during your formative years, and they may still be holding you back from getting what you truly want – even today. In this workshop, we will explain the principles of how we organize and interpret information. We will also discuss real-life examples of how changing self-talk can help you maintain positivity and reach your professional goals.

Presented by Rachel Lane, LMHC, TBJL Career Strategist

Workshop Outcomes:

  • Understand core beliefs and how they impact your thinking
  • Learn how thought patterns develop and influence our lives
  • Uncover methods of restructuring your negative thought patterns
  • Identify tools to monitor your self-talk and reinforce your new beliefs
