The process of career transition is one with inherent ups and downs, highs and lows. As a job seeker, it’s important for you to be resilient – to be able to rebound when things don’t work out as you had hoped or anticipated. Resilience is not genetic; rather it is something that you can learn. There are a number of factors that have been identified by behavioral health professionals that are shared by people who have the ability to bounce back most effectively from life’s challenges – not just once, but over and over. In this session, you will discover simple, effective ways to become more resilient!

WHAT IS LINKS: LINKS is an acronym for Leads, Information, Networking, Know-how, and Strategies. It is an educational and motivational program designed to help candidates prepare for the week ahead and to share conversation, contacts, and job-search information in a relaxed, friendly environment. For the unemployed professional, LINKS is a “place to go” to focus on the job search when others go to work on Monday Mornings. LINKS sessions are free and open to the public. Reservations are required.

Supported by the Vinik Family Foundation, Jeff and Penny Vinik, Trustees
