Looking to gain more control over your job search? An awareness and understanding of 8 specific “practices” will help accelerate your career transition. For example, do you know how to answer a range of behavioral-based interview questions with examples of measurable results? Can you name 10 companies in your geographical region that hire people with your areas of expertise? When you can say “yes” to incorporating all 8 practices into your plan, you’ll know what you need to do next and where to find relevant resources.

WHAT IS LINKS:  LINKS is an acronym for Leads, Information, Networking, Know-how, and Strategies. It is an educational and motivational program designed to help candidates prepare for the week ahead and to share conversation, contacts, and job-search information in a relaxed, friendly environment. For the unemployed professional, LINKS is a “place to go” to focus on the job search when others go to work on Monday Mornings. LINKS sessions are free and open to the public. Reservations are required.
